High school student kicks over third grader’s bicycle in Tashkent (video)

Reports have circulated on social media claiming that a 9th-grade student injured a 3rd-grade pupil in the Bektemir district of Tashkent. The Tashkent City Department of Internal Affairs has commented on the incident.
According to the report, on October 4 at around 16:20, a 2010-born student, S.A., who studies at School No. 290 in Bektemir district, had a verbal argument with a 2016-born student, F.A. As a result, S.A. kicked F.A. while he was riding a bicycle, causing the younger boy to fall face-first onto the ground.
A forensic medical examination determined that F.A. sustained injuries including a torn upper lip on the right side, complete loss of the upper right second tooth, partial loss of the upper right first tooth, and bruises and abrasions on the forehead, left cheek, left jaw, both palms, and shoulders. The injuries were classified as minor, leading to a short-term disruption of health.
A pre-investigation check is being conducted by the Bektemir District Department of Internal Affairs. The process is under the personal supervision of the head of the Tashkent City Police Department.
It was also reported that the mother of the minor, S.A., was charged under Article 47 of the Administrative Responsibility Code (failure to fulfill child upbringing and education duties). The school administration and parents have been given preventive instructions, and measures have been taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.
Earlier, it was reported that a 4th-grade girl at School No. 300 in Tashkent’s Sergeli district had been beaten by five male classmates.
