In November 2025, prices for goods and services in the consumer sector increased by an average of 0.7 percent. The figures were reported by the National Statistics Committee.
According to the data, the annual Consumer Price Index (CPI) amounted to 107.5 percent, which is 2.5 percentage points lower than in the same month last year (November 2024 – 110.0 percent).
In November, the prices of food products rose on average by 1.0 percent, non-food consumer goods by 0.5 percent, and paid services for the population by 0.3 percent.
Among key food products, the price increases for cucumbers (96.0%), tomatoes (82.2%), bell peppers (61.2%), eggplants (51.7%), grapes (12.1%), pomegranates (7.9%), squash (5.4%), apples (4.7%), mandarins (4.5%), peaches (3.7%), watermelons (3.4%), melons (3.4%), chicken eggs (2.4%), lamb (0.8%), potatoes (0.7%), first-grade wheat flour (0.5%), and beef (excluding boneless) (0.3%) had the most significant impact on overall inflation.
Meanwhile, declining prices for carrots (–26.1%), turnips (–7.1%), all types of rice and rice flour (–4.5%), beans (–4.2%), sugar (–2.9%), onions (–2.5%), bananas (–1.3%), and poultry meat (–1.2%) contributed to reducing inflationary pressure.
Among non-food items, price increases were recorded for propane (7.4%), gasoline (1.7%), cement (1.4%), as well as clothing and footwear (0.7%).
For the calculations, nearly 195,000 price observations were collected across more than 10,000 retail and service outlets, covering 420 types of food and non-food products and 90 types of services.
It is worth noting that earlier reports showed the global average price for one kilogram of beef reached $6.9 (83,629.38 soums) in September 2025.
