Cobalt hits pedestrian at crossing in Yunusabad

On September 27, a Cobalt car hit a pedestrian crossing the road in the Yunusabad district of Tashkent, the capital’s Road Safety Department reported.
According to the report, at around 18:30 on Amir Temur Street in Yunusabad, F.R., born in 1988, was driving a Cobalt when he struck a pedestrian at an unregulated pedestrian crossing.
It was reported that doctors provided the pedestrian with first aid following the incident. The Tashkent City Police Department has launched an investigation into the case.
It is worth noting that earlier, a Damas hit four pedestrians at a crossing in the Shorchi district of the Surkhandarya region. The victims were hospitalized with injuries sustained in the incident. To determine the severity of the injuries and assess the technical condition of the vehicle, the Sho’rchi District Department of Internal Affairs has appointed a forensic medical and technical examination and opened an investigation.
